管理会计在VBSE实践教学平台中的创新应用研究--基于高职会计技能大赛管理会计赛项视角

数字经济时代下各行业经营环境愈加复杂,传统的财务会计已经无法有效满足企业内部管理的需要,急需向管理会计方向转型。VBSE实践教学平台通过模拟企业真实经营环境让更多学生有机会感受和体验公司财务工作,但其内容仍然以会计核算、纳税申报、报表编制等传统知识点为主,缺少管理会计方面的分析、预测、战略制定等经营管理决策活动的内容设计。以高职会计技能大赛管理会计赛项为视角,分别从资金、营运、成本和绩效四个岗位研究管理会计在VBSE实践教学平台中的融入和创新应用,旨在完善VBSE实践教学平台中的管理会计建设,培养更多管理会计人才。     

烹饪专业食品营养与卫生课程教学改革

随着我国高职教育的迅速发展,以“工学结合”为特色的课程标准广泛应用于高职院校烹饪专业的教学中。食品营养与卫生课程是一门重要的课程,为进一步提升该课程的教学质量,培养学生的职业能力和职业素养。本文结合食品营养与卫生课程教学改革现状,提出教学改革途径,以期实现食品营养与卫生教学质量的进一步提升。

文章结合了管理沙盘和ERP管理软件的各自特点,提出了适合于管理专业特色的基于ERP软件平台的管理沙盘仿真教学模式,旨在整合实践教学资源,使学生在学习和企业仿真模拟过程,体验到直观性和真实感,提升实践教学效果,培养学生的实践决策能力和必要的就业技能。     

The effect of specific discount pattern in terms of price promotions on perceived price attractiveness and purchase intention: An experimental research

This study aims to investigate consumer perceptions and reactions in terms of specific discount patterns (fixed price, 40% discount, discount from 500 TL to 300 TL and 20% + 25% discount) in price promotion. According to the results, specific discount patterns in price promotion have a significant effect on perceived price attractiveness and purchase intention. When the specific discount patterns in price promotion and gender interaction were analyzed in terms of perceived price attractiveness, the scenario of the “discount from TL 500 to TL 300” significantly differentiated from both the control scenario (fixed price) and experimental scenarios for female. For males, no significant difference was found between the control and experimental scenarios. In terms of purchase intention, a significant difference was found between the fixed price scenario and the discount scenario from 500 TL to 300 TL and between the fixed price and 20% + 25% discount scenario. The theoretical managerial implications of the study were discussed, and future research suggestions were presented.     

基于综合性实验教学平台优化经济管理实验教学体系的探讨

当前经济管理实验教学建设方面，还存在诸如实验项目综合性创新性不足，缺乏完善的实验教学运行保障机制，实验教学平台综合性不够完善等问题，这就迫切的需要进一步完善与优化实验教学体系，使其在培养复合型、应用型财经人才方面充分发挥作用。     

基于web的高校教学与科研精细化管理模式研究

本文探讨了将高校教学与科研目标管理转换为多层次指标和权重的绩效管理的方法,采用精细化的管理理论,设计了利用网络和计算机技术解决高校教学与科研的考核与奖罚的管理模式。对高校信息化、精细化、标准化管理和过程控制具有重要意义。     

高职计算机教学的心得体会

根据职业教育发展的需要，提高职学生的计算机素养，促进高职学生综合素质已是刻不容缓之事。但是，高职学生基础差，学习兴趣冷淡。本文先分析学情，然后给出了应对之策。用以激发学生的学习兴趣，提高教学效果。     

高职物流技能大赛与常规教学融通性研究

职业技能大赛引领了高职教育改革的方向,技能大赛与常规教学的融通是其成果之一。文章通过阐述高职常规教学的内容、高职物流技能大赛的现状以及二者融通的意义,从教学目标、教学内容、教学手段、创建校园物流公司的角度提出了二者融通的途径,首次提出了"挑战与激励"型教学模式以及创建校园物流公司的方式。     

Publishing characteristics,geographic dispersion and research traditions of recent international accounting education research

This paper describes, analyses and critiques accounting education research over the period 2005–2009. In doing so, it compares and contrasts the distinctive North American research tradition with that of Europe and the rest of the world. Six journals and 446 publications by 963 authors were included in the sample frame, along with a further 70 publications in other journals. The findings identify distinguishing characteristics among these publications that range from the composition of their editorial teams to the nature and type of output they publish. Evidence was found of geographic dominance and divergent research traditions which has mitigated against the development of a genuinely international accounting education research community. Possibilities for further research are identified and guidance for researchers publishing in this field is presented.     

A comparative study on the effectiveness of English-medium and Turkish-medium accounting education: Gazi University case

The authors explore the effect of medium of instruction on students' attainments at a large state university in Turkey in the Department of Business Administration. The findings indicate no statistically significant difference in grades of 386 students with respect to medium of instruction. As for entry rankings however, those in the English-medium program who had higher scores on the university entrance exam appeared to be more successful. It may be concluded that English-medium instruction is not a disadvantage in attaining learning objectives.
